MY VISION is to build bridges for the next generation through education, training, and inspiring them to excel and gain expertise in ways to achieve their goals in hospitality and arts. Bringing the mission to fruition was the defining factor and drive for building, creating, establishing, and founding a (501c3) organization.
For me, “Saving Hospitality the Next Generation” is more of a calling than my cooking. The fulfillment and contentment I feel while planning and operating the
C3 Culinary Camp is unexplainable and matchless in manner. Many think that C3 Culinary Camp ceases when the Camp Week is over... NOT at all.
After Camp Week-that's when we roll up our sleeves and get to work. Yes, that's when things really get cooking and start to heat up. My team and I have worked tediously creating innovative and industry-leading ways to stay connected with our campers as well as our culinary community.
WE NOW offer several ways to stay engaged & be equipped in and out of season...24-7 to be exact. We have multiple communities to meet specific needs and a plethora of platforms to educate and empower. Our organization goes far be "ONE WEEK OF SUMMER FUN." Yes, "Building Bridges For Transformation" is a daily job for us here at C3 Culinary Camp." Our commitment to the Culinary Arts and hope for the generations of those that set out in our industry to come, our future leaders of today that will serve others tomorrow.
I feel if Hospitality is worth Saving, then we should be Saving it relentlessly.
